Moving In / Out Information Pack
Tenants that are moving both in and out of 410 Elizabeth Street are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions, below you will find key information to enable a smooth and disruptions free process.
When can you move?
Tenants who are moving in or out are forbidden to do so during business hours 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Access can be provided for weekend access as well as after-hours should the need arise.
Access to building loading dock is available from Elizabeth Street for tenants who have prearrange access with building management. Please note that the dock will be closed at 6pm if after hours access has not been prearranged.
Noise Works / Fitouts
Tenants are reminded that as a condition of occupancy that all fitout and renovations to suites be on the basis that surrounding tenants will not be disturbed. Renovations are encouraged to occur on weekends and after hours. Note committee approval may be required.
Occupants are responsible for their phone/internet connections your telco contractor will require access to the MDF (NMB Key) located behind parking spot 3 in Basement & IDF (NMB Key) located in Electrical riser on your level or Meeting room on your level.
Tenants are reminded that they are responsible for the removal of all furniture and additional rubbish. Contact the building manager Chris 0410 452 452 should you require a collection quotation.
